<< Tudor Barn
There are two old fireplaces in the Barn which indicate that, although it was an ancilliary building to the main manor house built inside the Moat in the 16th century, it was intended for occupation.

The Barn has had many uses over the years, although perhaps none so bizarre as its current use as a pseudo Working Man's Club. For much of the time it was probably used as storage and a farm outbuilding.

The west end, with its fireplaces, the west wall one original and the south wall one added shortly after, indicate that end of the Barn had been used as a dwelling.
